Refund/Return Policy

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Due to the nature of the items and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost packagers once the carrier places your item(s) as ‘'DELIVERED’.

 

Damages or Issues with Item or Order

If there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately at support@sinsationtoys.com. Please provide us with a description of the ineffective or damaged item and photos/videos where necessary.

UPDATE (05/30/2022): If an item is returned due to an insufficient address, we will reach out to the customer via email for an updated address. A new tracking number will be provided once the item is re-shipped.  If an updated address is not provided or the customer does not want a redelivery, a refund will be issued. Please note, the refund will be issued once we receive the returned order.
